How do I access the venue?

QR codes for entry will be sent 24 hours before the event. On arrival, please head to the 4th floor to sign in.

Are there spaces available for meetings or calls during the event?
...

Yes! On the event floor, there are private phone booths available to all attendees on a first-come, first-served basis – ideal for virtual meetings or quick calls.

 

In addition, breakout rooms will be empty until lunchtime and can be used for informal meetings while not in use for sessions.

 

Gold Sponsors will also have exclusive access to a private boardroom for in-person meetings. To keep things fair, each Gold Sponsor is allocated a one-hour slot during the day.
