The acquisition of Gyrocom by Kerv

The acquisition of Gyrocom by Kerv follows the increasing trend of merging UCaaS and Networking providers.

Cavell Group are pleased to have provided Kerv Group with Due Diligence support for the recent acquisition of UK IT and Networking Service Provider Gyrocom.
This acquisition reflects the growing trend of increased networking needs of UCaaS technologies. As UCaaS grows more complex, the quality and reliability of the underlying network service becomes more and more relevant. These services are now so interdependent that it makes sense for many companies providing a UCaaS service to begin asking whether they should also provide the network that the service operates over. This deal represents Kerv taking a bold step into the networking landscape and an exciting opportunity to leverage the networking skills of Gyrocom to improve the offerings of its customers across all its services.
