Patrick Watson

Patrick Watson is Cavell’s Head of Research. His main area of expertise is the cloud communications industry, with particular focus on the collaboration sector. For over ten years, Patrick has been a noteworthy member in the technology community, with a degree specialising in broadcast journalism and data analytics. He has been specifically researching and analysing various sectors of the unified communications industry for the past three years.

Before joining Cavell, Patrick worked as Lead Journalist at UC Today for two years, covering a broad range of subjects such as collaboration, customer experience, emerging technologies, and much more. Additionally, Patrick has also been invited to speak publicly on stage at UC EXPO, many other vendor specific events, and appear in numerous webinars as a subject matter expert.
